It came quicker than I expected. Shipping was fast, fast, definitely a nice surprise.

It’s not perfect, but honestly... for what I paid, I’m happy with it. Definitely feels like it was worth the money.

I was actually pleased with this overall. The material has a solid feel to it and doesn’t come across as cheap or flimsy, which was one of the things I was a little worried about before ordering. The leather did feel a bit stiff when I first started wearing it, so it was not instantly super comfortable right out of the box, but after wearing it a few times it started to loosen up and break in more naturally. The stitching also looks neat enough to me and I haven’t noticed anything that makes me think it’s poorly made. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price I paid, I feel like the quality is definitely fair and I’m happy with it.

Well... the boots do fine on dry ground and regular work floors, but once I got onto wet concrete, the grip felt a little unpredictable. They’re not bad by any means, I just thought they’d handle slick spots better. For light use, they’re okay, but I wouldn’t count on them in every situation

I ordered my usual size, but it was way too tight and didn’t fit comfortably at all. I also had to chase them to get any sort of response about it, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

The customer service was super slow. I messaged them and waited days without getting a real answer, which was frustrating. Had to chase them up again and still felt like I was being ignored. Not gonna lie, it was a bad experience.

I bought these boots because my brain basically saw “waterproof” and went, okay, problem solved. I needed something simple for rainy days and didn’t overthink it too much beyond that label.

The first time I wore them in steady rain, my socks were damp after about an hour. They weren’t completely soaked, but it was enough to be uncomfortable, especially around the toe area.
I wasn’t doing anything extreme either, just walking on normal wet ground, no deep puddles or hiking through streams. For the price, I expected them to handle that better, so I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

These just didn’t work for me. My feet started hurting quickly, and my ankles felt kind of loose all day, like they weren’t getting the support I needed.

The return process was frustrating, honestly. My refund took way longer than I expected, and I had to follow up more than once just to see what was going on. What made it more annoying was that I couldn’t really get in touch with an actual person, it all felt automated and impersonal. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but if returns are always this slow, I probably wouldn’t order again.

Nice. My order showed up with the right size and color, and everything matched the confirmation email. No mix-ups or surprises, so I’m happy with it.

I wore them for a full shift and my feet weren’t sore by the end, which is not always the case for me. So far I’m happy with them, and if they keep holding up like this, I’ll definitely feel like I made a solid choice

Extremely tight!  Trying to return and exchange. 5 months of emails, return form online, and phone calls and no response. Out $285. Filed a claim with BBB and you should too if this happened to you!
